转换法指翻译过程中为了使译文符合目标语的表述方式、方法和习惯而对原句中的词类、句型和语态等进行转换。英语中很多由动词转化而成的名词、以及动名词、非谓语动词等，译成汉语时可将它们转换成动词，这类用法在实践中出现很多。
