Many people want to ask, what is the best time for sleep? Do we need to sleep early or late?

My opinion is to sleep early. Here is the reason why we should sleep early. First, it will make you more healthy. Sleep late would cause illness, long time not sleeping early will damage your body. Second, many people had said that if you dont get many time to sleep, and you sleep late would make black rim of the eye. That is not healthy also, and its not beautiful. We should give our body a rest. Sleep is the best way. Well, there are certain time that is best for us to sleep. Sleep early is definitely better than sleep late.

Also, we should not keep awake the whole night. You dont feel the damage when you are young, but when you get older, the problem start to appear. Many disease of heart and lung started from not sleep at night. Many youth think it is fun to keep awake or sleep late. But I dont think so. Keep your body healthy. I strongly suggest to sleep early.

As English is one of the main subjects that the Chinese students have to take up, learning English becomes prevalence. More and more students find it hard to learn English, because it is fresh to them. Depending on different personality, experience and background, different people may have different menthods to learn English. In my opinion,interest and practice are the best ways to learn English.

Firstly, interest is the best teacher. No matter who wants learn or do something, interest is the bestcatalyst. Having interest, peole will feel easier to complete things. So does learning English. If any one feels difficulty in learning English, the first thing he should consider is to develop his interest on English.

Secondly, practice makes perfect. The most common way to learn English is practise more. Nothing would be difficult with practice. For example, if someone find it hard to remember vocabulary, he can see the word everyday before he goes to sleep. I’m sure he will remember words quickly.

All in all, there is no fast way to learn English well, except work hard. But if people have interest on English and knows the importance of practice, they will master it sooner or later.

When they guess wrong, they try to learn from their mistakes.

Successful language learning is active learning. Therefore, successful learners do not wait for a chance to use the language; they look for such chances. They are not afraid to repeat what they hear or to say strange things; they’re willing to make mistakes and try again. It is more important for them to learn and think in the language than to know the meaning of every word.

Finally, successful language learners are learners with a purpose. They want to learn the language because they are interested in the language and the people who speak it. They find it easy to practice using the language regularly because they want to learn with it.
