一般过去时：好的。我主要有三种用法：

1. 表示过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。如：

He went to the park yesterday. 昨天他去了公园。

2. 表示过去经常或反复发生的动作，常与often, always连用。如：

They often got up at seven last year. 去年他们常常在七点起床。

3. 表示过去发生的一连串动作。如：
