On one hand, we benefit a lot from computers. 2、资料收集方法：采用问卷调查方法调查。向一个班级发放《大学生网上购物问卷调查》主要了学生关于上网购物基本情形和情况。

本次调查实际发放问卷43份，回收问卷36份，有效率84%。
