In the Chinese lunar calendar which is another calendar we used and it was from the old Festival is the 1st day in the lunar Spring Festival is differnet for every year is because the lunar play fireworks,watch special TV programs and have a delicious dinner with our the day of Spring Festival,we muste back to our family to meet our parents and grandparents,the school will also have a holiday that make sure we can celebrated we have some problems that we could note back,we should ring to our the tradition,we eat damplings,the people who in the south of China will eat rice dumpings,during the day before Spring Festival,which is the most improtant day,because it is the last day for the year behind and the next year is firework will be too noise that we couldn't hear each other's is very different to the New Year from the other western country.

In conclusion,it is a very improtant day for all Chinese people.

A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on. Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing （有吸引力的）to youngsters. Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival.

This worry is fairly unnecessary. Why ？ One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint-venture （合资企业）workers. Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities. Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic（带有异国情调的） festival. By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family.

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China. For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals. For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to wee the beginning of a new year.
