兰妮和依娜公主接过冰可公主的“寒心丹”后，就想请教冰可公主要怎么样才可以解救出自己的国家，毕竟冰可公主和她的弟弟“乌拉拉”是同一个冰城里人，她也许会有办法帮她们俩，兰妮和依娜公主的猜想刚好相反。当兰妮和依娜公主把她们的想法告诉冰可公主后，冰可公主也爱莫能及。虽然冰可公主和她的弟弟“乌拉拉”是同在一个冰城里，但是冰可公主是一位很善良的姑娘，她的弟弟是一个很有野心的人。她父王生前就知道了，所以她父王就把王位传给冰可公主他才放心。冰可的弟弟“乌拉拉”就因为不服气就跑到黑心洞去当巫师了。
