从实践的目地上看。通过支教，使我在实践中接触到了与我的专业有关的实际工作。增强了认识，培养和锻炼了我，综合运用所学的理论基础，基本技能和专业知识的能力。去独立分析和解决实际问题的能力。在其中我认识到了教师不仅仅是教学，更重要的是关心了解每位学生。教师要有敏捷的思维能力，能言善道，解决学生提出的问题。这次实践将为我毕业走上工作岗位打下一定的基础。同时也是检验我教学效果，为进一步提高教学质量，培养合格的人才积累经验。并为自己能顺利与社会环境接轨做好充分的准备。巩固我的学习，具备教师行业所具有的实际才能，丰富实际工作中的社会经验。掌握教学技能，将所学的知识运用于实际工作中去。

从社会实践的内容上看。按照我的教学安排，我制定了相应的教学计划。支教长达13天。其中有教学理论认知。这是对专业知识进行巩固和提高的。达到根据理论知识指导教学工作。以做到真正的“好老师”，为目的。有一天我去上晚修课，看到黑板上写着“老师您辛苦了，我们都爱你”让我感动与欣喜。最起码得到学生的认可，而感到欣慰与激动。此刻的我已经像是个真正的老师了。在教学中我曾经遇过很多难题，也发现了不足之处。就比如说有些知识点讲的含糊不清，没有照顾到较差的学生的接受能力，一概而讲。但是通过请教我的老师，我在教态上，有了很大的进步。做到严谨扎实，备课充分，规划课堂主要知识点等，让学生知道本节课要完成的内容和要学的重点。有时就算有突发情况也能自行控制好时间。没有课时，就去听听教员们的课，了解不同的教学的上课手段和形式的不同。都是值得我学习的地方。便于我完善我的教学。我深深感叹当教师的默默无闻，工资的微薄，这微薄而默默的耕耘真不容易呀！这次实践让我认识到，所有的工作光纸上谈兵是不行的，同样的教学内容，面对不同的学生进行教学，方式可以有多种。如授课法、师生互动方式教学。也可结合做练习加深印象。对学生的回答老师要适当的给予鼓励。

随着九年义务教育的普及，我省部分村小学的教学事业有了很大发展，但是一些学科还受到某些条件的限制不能照常开课，像英语等学科，而且由于交通、经费等条件的限制，村小学的大部分学生在课外知识的掌握上还不够充分。浙江工业大学的学生们特组织这一支教团队，前往上官乡“假日爱心学校”进行支教，体验生活，问卷调查等社会实践。

一、实践背景简介

现在，浙江等沿海地带涌入了大量的外来务工人员，暑假一到，由于父母都在打工，导致那些外来务工人员子女没人照料，他们整天都在外游玩，危险也往往在此发生。 上官乡位于富阳市东南，距富阳市市区28公里。上官乡以生产各类球拍为主，是中国的球拍之乡，外来务工人员也甚多。暑期将至，我们为了解决上官乡外来务工人员子女暑期安全问题，特组织了这一支“点亮小桔灯”暑期爱心支教实践小分队，希望给那边的孩子们带去不一样的暑假。

除此之外，让大学生们用所学的知识服务社会，回报祖国，实现自我价值、社会价值。通过对支教生活的体验，学会面对各种困难，磨练意志，培养吃苦耐劳和乐于奉献的精神，在艰苦的环境中锤炼自我，净化心灵，升华人格。并激发更多社会力量参与支教活动。

二、活动目的及意义

1、让孩子们度过一段快乐，难忘而有意义的假期；

2、宣传法律、卫生、教育等方面的知识，让农村更加文明美丽；

3、宣传调查环保，红色方面的知识。

4、了解和调查当地贫困学生的生活情况，为他们争取社会资助和关爱。

三、前期准备

1、与开封市大岗李乡户岗村支书及相关工作人员联系，商讨具体合作意向。

2、准备好实践内容，时间，形式等，写好具体策划。

3、分配好队员的任务安排，如写新闻稿的，拍照的，支教的等。并要求支教人员准备好支教内容及方案。

4、与该村干部讨论住宿问题。

5、准备好宣传资料，问卷调查表等。

6、采购好书包等文具用品作为礼物送给那些外来务工人员子女。

四、日程安排

第一天（17号）：

1、早上8点从学校出发到达目的地后与当地领导和学校领导取得联系，安排住宿，了解当地的教育情况，向接待老师介绍下乡支教的目的、意义、内容、要求、所需要的帮助及注意事项；

2、下午布置课堂，和当地支书及村干部讨论具体支教的事宜，并就近走访调查当地情况。

3、晚上适当调整课题实践计划，安排好此次实践内容。

第二天（18号）：

1、上午先大致的了解下小朋友的情况，先以夏令营的形式给他们讲授生活中的奥秘，生活中的所见所闻，发生在我们身边的故事，大自然的奇妙，祖国大好河山的美丽等等，与孩子们谈心，了解他们的基本生活情况，也让大家之间都互相熟悉认识（张智侃）。多余时间组织他们一起玩游戏（丢手绢）。

2、下午布置场地，为第二天的开学典礼做准备。

3、晚上进行当天的经验总结，整理资料，写新闻稿，并交代好第二天的实践内容。 第三天（19号）：

1、上午上课：语文（岳俊）—《虞美人。听雨》音乐（张丹丹）—《感恩的心》，有时间多余组织玩游戏。

2、下午举行开学典礼

3、晚上进行当天的经验总结，整理资料，写新闻稿，并交代好第二天的实践内容。 第四天（20号）：

1、上午上课：数学（赵利）—速算 看部励志电影

2、下午为孩子们精心设计了场游园会，并准备了丰厚的礼物，希望给孩子们加深对这个暑假的记忆。
