as we know , water is very important to man, we can’t live without water.

the amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. but some people don’t care about it .they waste a lot of water in their daily life. even worse, they pour dirty water in to  throw rubbish into rivers , too. many rivers and lakes are seriously  must be done to stop the pollution. only in this way can we live happily.

if we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be a tear-drop of us.

as a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

we need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 it’s good to study in groups and help each other。 we should do more reading in our free time。 if we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 as a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

how time flies！ my three-year middle school life will be over soon。 looking back， i have many memories of my english study。

i would like to make as many friends as possible.

although we often feel stressed, we should find suitable ways to deal with stress.

we can wear calm colours like blue and white to make us feel relaxed. we should be careful enough, because “a miss is as good as a mile”. we should also achieve a balance between schoolwork and hobbies. try to plan your spare time well. don’t lose heart at any time. you will make great progress through hard work.

when having problems, we can ask people around us for help. it’s not wise to keep our worries to ourselves.
