how to alleviate our pressure in an effective way? how to weaken the effects of stress?

firstly, exercise regularly. physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week.

second, eat a healthy diet. well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat.

three, get enough sleep. adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body. feeling tired will increase your stress because it may cause you to think irrationally.

besides, i think that communication can help to reduce the pressure. when people share their worries with others, they will feel less stressed. at that same time, approprite encouragement will also stimulate people to work harder and feel better. for example, when feeling depressed because of the failure in an exam, i often choose to talk with my friends and

Good morning / afternoon / evening! My name is Liu zi yuan. The title of my speech is the relationship between creativity and imagination.

There is no creativity without imagination. With the development of the society, creativity becomes more and more important. People could not satisfy with ordinary life. So we need creativity to meet their requirements. We can see significance of the creativity from an example. The smart phone—iphone spread all over the world. That was the creativity of The Apple Inc. It is obvious that it will produce a bigger profit than common manufacturing. But, hao can we acquire creativity?

I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image. Use all the things and information around us to think and then go to achieve it. Without the imagination of the Wright brothers ， human could not complete the flying dreams. Without the imagination of the Alexander Graham Bell, we could not hear the voice from a distance. If the creativity can make the human progress, imagination will be the road to success. Where the imagination come from? Knowledge ？ Experience ？ practice? I consider that all of them are indispensable. It is often said that knowledge is power. good morning, ladies and gentlemen, first, let me introduce myself. my name is aileen. i work as a new public relations manager for the westwood brewery. i’m going to be discuss the brewery’s corporate image -----in particular whether it needs to be changed. my presentation will last about 15 minutes. i will be using powerpoint for my talk. if you have any questions, i’ll be pleased to answer them at the end of my talk.

as you can see, i am going to examine three points: first, the history, second, the product, and third, the markets.

let’s begin with the company’s history. westwood brewery, based in london, is a traditional company. it was founded in 1778. and it’s still a family firm. we continue to run as a family firm and this is important for the corporate image. as you know the present owner is ben westwood. there was a takeover bid. that wraps up that point.

now, i’d like to discuss the second point, the company’s product. we use traditional production methods to produce an imperial stout. it’s described as dark, immense, rich with a depth of burnt fruitiness, this beer is an ideal nightcap. imperial stout is 50% stronger than any of the other beers in the export premium range. we also have horses. like this. do you remember that them delivering the beer to the local pubs at the last century? yes. we

use it to deliver the stout.

ok. let’s begin with the last point, the markets. we have make a larger which is european, a european type beer and sales have increased a lot over the last year. but, the production has actually dropped a little over the last few years, although profits have actually held up.

so, we need to change the corporate image. in the eyes of the public, a clearly defined company image is the identity of the company. it reflects the quality of their product or service. so, a good company image enhances public recognition and increased popularity will translate into great trading volume and profits.

we need to consider these items when changing our company image. marketing communications, pricing strategy, sales strategy, customer service, publicity and promotions.

so, if we consider that and do it very well, i believe our corporate image will be most perfect.
