So I think we must do something to protect the environment. But what can we do?How to protect our environmemt ？For example，we can go to school on foot or by bike 。 we can use shopping baskets not plastic bags when we go shopping，and we can use both sides of the paper when we write 。In a word，if everyone pays more attention to our environment ，there will be less pollution and our life will be better。“There is only one earth”，I hope everyone will protect our environment well。

70% ofthe students think the video games can have a bad influence on younger video games are violent or about killing other players and they aer even worse than the violent students play the video games,some of them will be addicted to the video games,so they will pay less attention to their studies or have no time to commuicate with others.

on the other hand, 30% believe that playing video games will help us to take a good knowledge of computer,then we will become more and more creative and quickly more,video games makes students brains relaed so they can study effective.

in my opinion, playing the video games is as middle school students, we should put all our into our studies.

Recently more and more educator and common citizens suggest that universities colleges open more courses which are helpful for students psychological health. Personally, I fully agree with their proposal for the following reasons.

On the one hand, the ever-increasing pressure of study at the moment and

job-hunting in the future may lead to many psychological problems such as anxiety, depression and even despair, and the psychological courses open a door for

communication and relaxation. On the other hand, such courses can teach students how to regulate feelings and emotions under different situations, which is a good preparation for the future life in the complex social network. Finally, these courses also introduce good habits which are conducive to mental and psychological health. To be mature and qualified citizens in the society, students have to do more than study hard.

In a word, I warmly welcome the establishment of psychological courses in

universities. In my mind, they are good for students psychological development.

Without parents immediate help or teachers adequate guidance, they have no idea about how to deal with these problems. Therefore, mental health education is of vital importance to the college students. On the one hand, the students who suffer from depression may feel relieved under the guidance of the teacher consultants. On the other hand, mental health education will be helpful for students to know about some methods to release their pressure.

Personally, it is very important to have a healthy mind in the competitive society. With a healthy mind, college students can challenge all hardships and they can develop healthy lifestyles and positive outlooks in their lives. (160 words)
