Thanksgiving Day is celebrated in the United States every year on the fourth Thursday in November. Thanksgiving Day is an ancient holiday created by the American people. It is also a time for American families to get together. Therefore, Americans always feel close to Thanksgiving Day. The origins of Thanksgiving date back to the very beginning of American history. The family gets together and eats the delicious Thanksgiving Turkey. Thanksgiving is a traditional holiday celebrated by Americans of all faiths and ethnicity. It is no less than the Chinese celebrate the Spring Festival.

The first thing I always think about on Thanksgiving is to thank my mom. Because she not only has to go to work, but she also has to wash and cook for me.
