我呢,每天做完作业弹完琴后,只要有时间,我都会跳几十分钟的绳。一开始,我跳20下就会绊一次,现在我跳40下左右才会绊一次,而且坚持一分钟跳下来,一点儿也不气喘。听说多跳绳还能长高,因此,我最喜欢的运动就是跳绳了。
