Mistakes and errors are the disciplined true which we advance in life. Mistakes are great teachers. Success comes to those who are willing to risk making mistakes in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations, and who are able to learn from those mistakes. And in order to learn from mistakes you must be willing to pay for them.
Mistakes can be enormously valuable, but when you try to get others to pay for your mistakes, then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to learn from them. When something goes wrong, it's usually very easy to find someone else to blame, but what does that really accomplish?
Much of the value of mistakes comes from the fact that they demand a cost that must be paid. The person who learns the most from a mistake is the person who pays the price for that mistake.
When you make a mistake, the lastthing you want to do is run away from it. You need to accept it because you can learn a lot from it. The mistake has been made, so make the most of it. Pay the price, learn the lesson, and grow that much stronger.
When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long. Remember the reason for it, and then look forward. Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. The past cannot be changed. The present is still in your power. Take full advantage of your mistakes to achieve your goals and aspirations.

Life is like time, the same to everyone. But because people thought, thinking and mentality is different and there is a different life situation, some people had poor sad, some people have enough to live comfortably, some people have a rich life.
Complain, actually is the biggest obstacle for us, because if we have a little unhappy or frustrated downhearted, began, the whole people unable to get up after a fall become dejected and despondent, anxious so decadent, so who can not save you, who also can not change you, who will eventually really look down on you. We should always keep a sunny mindset and be confident in our life. Because life is not so good, then we have no reason not to improve it. This mentality is actually rare, but many of our people do not, perhaps they will feel this is affectation, is hypocritical, is in force. But, we can look carefully at the people around us, how many successes are those who only complain all day? No It is the difference that you have always wanted to not understand. So, your life is inferior to others. That's because you can't eat the pain that others can eat, you don't want to pay the amount that others pay, you don't face or fear to face those difficulties and setbacks.
There is an old saying: "eat bitter, leading to human", is to tell us in the face of life suffer tired as it should be, we only experienced a world of bitter will temper our firm and indomitable will and refuse to be cowed or submit the character. What we need is action rather than complaining and grumbling. Only action can solve the problem. Complaining can only be the indignation of one's incompetence. Because they have no ability or courage to overcome and change, will find excuses to shirk, the students will continue to resentment, eventually the obsession to ordinary consumption of precious time of life. To become a human being, we must overcome the complaining mentality, eliminate the complaint mentality and fight with a confidence that I can do, so that your life is different from others.
If we really want to live a decent yourself, then you have to always face their own, face their own shortcomings and deficiencies, face their own life is not beauty, face action and their ability, and improve themselves in practice, thoroughly to don't complain, you will get a new self, you changed the life out of the encirclement of the brave, out of detention areas and comfort zone, daring to practice their own ideas, overcome the difficulties in life, only to find grounds for success, not to find excuses for failure. Tell yourself, only an excuse and reason is sometimes a perfunctory to others and deal with, but it should not be, because I think we should dare to do everything, have the courage, responsibility, no excuses, such a vigorous and resolute style is the power and weapon in us. Whenever I encountered some failures or setbacks, to be aware of their incompetence is still not well prepared, not their consciousness or others would not The early bird catches, complain about the unfair fate or blame their ability as well as others. This only determines your achievement and harvest after a single thought. Sometimes you know where the root is, then it will provide reference and warning for your subsequent life, and know what aspects to overcome and enhance your ability.
Rather than take time to complain, leave the time for yourself to think, sum up and improve. Because only the full use of time will let us have no time to think, will be more able to motivate ourselves to go up, positive and enterprising. This tight and fulfilling life is a must, if you don't have time to decadent, no time to complain, no time to boring, then you can be as good to others, you will feel a change of appearance, then you can live a real me. Because each of us has three "I" -- my self, I really false, only to their own potential, all excited and unremittingly efforts continue, it will find the real me, will also find great potential, so don't complain about yourself, just need to incapable of action. Hard to touch your can, can life without regret.
We come to this world, and it seems to be something to do. Therefore, in the long and short life of our time, we really should be more to complain less, continue to ring their struggle of the horn to warn ourselves constantly motivate yourself no use complaining, complaining only of his incompetence indignation.
What I believe, what I value most, is transitoriness.
But is not transitoriness - the perishableness of life - something very sad? No! It is the verysoul of existence. It imparts value, dignity, interest to life. Transitoriness creates time - and"time is the essence." Potentially at least, time is the supreme, most useful gift.
Time is related to - yes, identical with - everything creative and active, every process towarda higher goal.
Without transitoriness, without beginning or end, birth or death, there is no time, - in the sense of time never ending, never beginning - is a stagnant nothing. It isabsolutely uninteresting.
Life is possessed by tremendous tenacity. Even so its presence remains conditional, and asit had a beginning, so it will have an end. I believe that life, just for this reason, is exceedinglyenhanced in value, in charm.
One of the most important characteristics distinguishing man from all other forms of nature ishis knowledge of transitoriness, of beginning and end, and therefore of the gift of time.
In man transitory life attains its peak of animation, of soul power, so to speak. This does notmean alone would have a soul. Soul quality pervades all beings. But man's soul is most awakein his knowledge of the interchangeability of the term "existence" and "transitoriness"。
To man time is given like a piece of land, as it were, entrusted to him for faithful tilling; a spacein which to strive incessantly, achieve self-realization, more onward and upward. Yes, with theaid of time, man becomes capable of wresting the immortal from the mortal.
Deep down, I believe - and deem such belief natural to every human soul - that in the universityprime significance must be attributed to this earth of ours. Deep down I believe that creation ofthe universe out of nothingness and of life out of inorganic state ultimately aimed at thecreation of man. I believe that man is meant as a great experiment whose possible failure ofman's own guilt would be paramount to the failure of creation itself.
Whether this belief be true or not, man would be well advised if he behaved as though it were.

New challenges require new ways of thinking
Part car, part jet fighter, part spaceship, Bloodhound SSC aims to be the first land vehicle to break the 1,000mph barrier. One of the key challenges has been to design the wheels. How do you create the fastest wheels in history, make them stable and reliable at supersonic speeds, and with limited resources?
After much deliberation, and devising ideas that pushed the boundaries of material technology, Mark Chapman, chief engineer of the Bloodhound project said the team decided to take a step back and change the way they were trying to solve problems. “There’s very little we’ve actually developed that’s new,” he says, “what’s unique is how we apply technologies.”
They adopted an approach called the design of experiments – a mathematical technique of problem solving through doing lots of little experiments and then looking at the statistics all glued together. “All of a sudden, where we’d been knocking our head against the wall for maybe two, three, four months, we came up with a wheel design that would hold together and was strong enough,” he says.
One evening, it was raining and the wind was blowing hard. An old couple came to an inn and prepared to put up for the night (投宿)there. A young man received them with open arms(热地), but said "I”m sorry! Our guest rooms here are all full and the inns nearby are all full, too, for there will be an important meeting to be held here tomorrow."
Hearing the young man”s words, the old couple felt very disappointed, and turned around to leave.
Just as they were leaving, the young man came up to them and stopped them: "Madam and sir, if you don”t mind, you can sleep in my bedroom for a night.。.。.。."
The next evening, the old couple took out lots of money to give it to the young man, but he refused to take it.
"No!You needn”t pay me any money, for I only lend my room to you." said the young man with a smile on his face.
"You”re great, young man! It”s very kind of you. Maybe one day, I”ll build a hotel for you!" said the old man gratefully.
With these words, the old couple left.
Gazing at their receding figures, the young man only laughed and went on working.
Several years later, the young man suddenly received a letter from the old couple, inviting him to go to Manhattan(曼哈顿) 。
The young man met the old couple in front of a luxury hotel(豪华饭店)。
"Do you still remember what I said to you several years ago? Look! This is the hotel that I built for you!" said the old man.
Soon, the young man became the manager of the hotel.
I have a friend named Monty Roberts who owns a horse ranch in San Ysidro. He has let me use his house to put on fund-raising events to raise money for youth at risk programs.
The last time I was there he introduced me by saying, "I want to tell you why I let Jack use my house. It all goes back to a story about a young man who was the son of an itinerant horse trainer who would go from stable to stable, race track to race track, farm to farm and ranch to ranch, training horses. As a result, the boy"s high school career was continually interrupted. When he was a senior, he was asked to write a paper about what he wanted to be and do when he grew up.
"That night he wrote a seven-page paper describing his goal of someday owning a horse ranch. He wrote about his dream in great detail and he even drew a diagram of a 200-acre ranch, showing the location of all the buildings, the stables and the track. Then he drew a detailed floor plan for a 4,000-square-foot house that would sit on a 200-acre dream ranch.
"He put a great deal of his heart into the project and the next day he handed it in to his teacher. Two days later he received his paper back. On the front page was a large red F with a note that read, `See me after class."
"The boy with the dream went to see the teacher after class and asked, `Why did I receive an F?"
"The teacher said, `This is an unrealistic dream for a young boy like you. You have no money. You come from an itinerant family. You have no resources. Owning a horse ranch requires a lot of money. You have to buy the land. You have to pay for the original breeding stock and later you"ll have to pay large stud fees. There"s no way you could ever do it.’ Then the teacher added, `If you will rewrite this paper with a more realistic goal, I will reconsider your grade.’
"The boy went home and thought about it long and hard. He asked his father what he should do. His father said, `Look, son, you have to make up your own mind on this. However, I think it is a very important decision for you.’
"Finally, after sitting with it for a week, the boy turned in the same paper, making no changes at all. He stated, `You can keep the F and I"ll keep my dream.""
Monty then turned to the assembled group and said, "I tell you this story because you are sitting in my 4,000-square-foot house in the middle of my 200-acre horse ranch. I still have that school paper framed over the fireplace." He added, "The best part of the story is that two summers ago that same schoolteacher brought 30 kids to camp out on my ranch for a week." When the teacher was leaving, he said, `Look, Monty, I can tell you this now. When I was your teacher, I was something of a dream stealer. During those years I stole a lot of kids’ dreams. Fortunately you had enough gumption not to give up on yours.’"
Don"t let anyone steal your dreams. Follow your heart, no matter what.
