星期五，我们上了电影课：《阿甘正传》，通过欣赏这部电影，我的收获有：

主人公阿甘的智商只有75，但他做事踏实，一直做最好的自己，面对困难时一直想办法解决问题，从不逃避困难，并让自己活得更好。他身上有哈佛大学正负能量图中的第1、4、5、6、7、10项正能量。

相比之下，我面对困难时总是喜欢逃避，退缩，告诉自己不行。比如：在体制学校时，遇到了一道很难的奥数题，当时，我心里的第一反应就是：不要啊！老师你疯了吗？我完全没有做过奥数题，天哪！我做不好！我不行！

心里在想什么，自己的行动就会表现出来，结果就是我当时做的一点也不好。

但是反过来想一想，如果是正能量的人心里肯定会想：哇！太好了！虽然我没有做过奥数题，不过，这是一个能提升自我能力的好机会，我一定要努力去想办法做好！

小说《阿甘正传》讲述了一个在别人眼里很傻，很白痴的阿甘，凭着自己的努力，和乐于帮助他人，最终受到了肯尼迪总统接见的故事。

阿甘是个智商只有75的低能儿，在所有人的眼里，阿甘很傻，他是白痴，他另类的，他没有将来。所以从小到大，阿甘受到同龄孩子的欺负。“当白痴的滋味可不像巧克力。别人会嘲笑你，对你不耐烦，态度恶劣。呐，人家说，要善待不幸的人，可是我告诉你——事实不一定是这样。”就像是他说的那样，当白痴的滋味儿不好受，阿甘的一生，遭遇了太多的不公平。

其实在我们身边也有着这样的同学，他们的成绩不好，于是他们受到了不公平的对待。就像阿甘那样，差生也想要有好的成绩，但是他们做不到，不是因为他们不努力，而是因为他们确实有这方面的缺陷。

我们每天都在说要乐于助人，不要妄自尊大。可是事实呢？当我们看到不如自己的弱者的时候，我们真的做到善待他们了么？勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为啊！每个人的心里都有着脆弱的地方，对于弱者，我们更要注意自己的言辞和表情，很可能一个嘲笑的声音，就会让他们痛苦不堪！

阿甘发挥了自己的特长，所以他成功了；阿甘的那些嘲笑着同学们，他们嘲笑着自己的同伴，显得浅薄而品质恶劣。现实中总是弘扬那些真善美的人们，却往往忽视，其实最大的真善美并非需要你做出多么伟大的壮举，可能首先的第一点是——尊重别人，学会尊重别人，也是我读这本书很大的收获。
