The forces which go to the making of a powerful man can rarely be adjustedand blended without some disturbance of relations and is sometimes injurious, because it affects the moral foundationsupon which character rests;and for this reason the significance of theexperience in its relation to development ought to be birth of the imagination and of the passions, the perception of therichness of life,and the consciousness of the possession of the power to masterand use that wealth, create a critical moment in the history of youth,—a momentricher in possibilities of all kinds than comes at any later period.

Agitation and ferment of soul are inevitable in that wonderful times when agitation is as normal as is self-control at other and lesscritical year of wandering is not a manifestation of aimlessness, butof aspiration,and that in its ferment and uncertainty youth is often guided toand finally prepared for its task.

总有人说：“老师和学生是天生的敌人”，可正是这所谓的天敌，共同绘出了我心底最美的风景。

老师的竞走比赛已经开始了，看完老师的跳远比赛，我“守株待兔”般的在操场的另一边等着大部队的到来。隔着一段不近额的距离，我就看到了老师们或悠闲轻松，或严肃地走来，而走在第一个的，只是教我们数学的王老师，只见王老师走在队头，带着轻松的笑容，胳膊交替前后摆动，迈的步子看起来不大，可速度却不慢，一直保持在队伍的最前端，还有一种游刃有余的感觉。

我站起身来，把手机调到录像的功能，跑到老师们的前方，大声喊着：“老师加油！老师加油！”

老师也注意到了我，朝我挥挥手，我在草坪上一路小跑地跟着老师的步伐，不知什么时间，我身边的同学越来越多，有我们班的，也有外班的，刚才还躲在树荫下，猫在座位上的一个个同学，这时候，似乎都汇集到了操场上，跑着，跳着，大喊着：“老师加油！老师加油！“甚至还有些班级的同学举着运动会开幕式时举着的横幅来给老师加油助威……

渐渐的，比赛的路程已经走完了一多半，老师们似乎都开始全力以赴了，王老师被超到了第三位，班里的同学早就聚集在了老师的身边，为老师鼓劲加油，我也跑在老师身边，举着手机，以为录下了精彩的全程，可这是，我才无奈的发现，我竟然忘了按下“开始”，真是一激动什么都忘了，竟然搞出了这样一个乌龙，我不由得停了下来，叹了口气，懊恼地敲敲头，在心里埋怨着自己。

此时，天空澄澈，慵懒的阳光破碎在脸上，带来干燥的暖意，踮起脚尖，向前看去，老师已经在同学们的簇拥下向终点快步走着，围在老师身边的一张张笑脸，笑容灿烂地好像眉间放了一颗小太阳，看着这一幕，似乎有一种感动的心情，慢慢在心间荡漾，不需要按下快门，我已将这个画面珍藏在心中，成为我心中最美的风景。

我要说“老师和学生是最好的朋友”，使他们，共同绘出了我心底最美的风景。

我的青春梦三分钟演讲【第四篇】

人生中唯一的那次青春仪式，就在前不久拉下了帷幕。仪式的流程仍是清晰了然。

星期四的早上，迈进校门，就已感觉到与平常不一样的炽热温度。经历了一上午的漫长煎熬，终于迎来了青春仪式的倒计时，我的青春故事就此开始。

14点30分，激昂的音乐如潮水般响起，鲜艳的红地毯如同百米长卷指引着我们走向青春之门。大家都挽着最亲爱的人，庄重的踩上了红毯。每个人的脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑容，充满着喜悦，充满着愉快。这时的我们，伴着一阵阵祝福的掌声和鼓励。有着老师们的赞许和鼓励，有着同学们的祝福与陪伴，我已是最幸福的人了。

仪式的节目也是多种多样。一开始的青春啦啦操，将全场的气氛都点燃了。校长的8点半热线节目，令人捧腹大笑。表演开始啦。只见一位同学埋着头，坐在课桌上，不知所措，我正思考着这无厘头的剧情时，便望见8班班主任，身着粉红色围裙，将头发梳成一个马尾，标准的家庭主妇的形象，闪亮登场了。同学们看到不同往日的老师，如今这番打扮，也真是被吓得不轻啊。金老师一手扫把，一手指着同学，用着一口流利的南京话，开始了她的唠叨。但当她接到了校长的电话后，一时恍惚的连话都说不出来了。如此精彩的表演，老师和同学们也付出了很大的努力。

但仪式中最精彩的还是要数全八年级学生的诗朗诵了，经过多次彩排的我们，付出了辛苦与汗水，当然也要在领导面前好好展示我们的成果啦。悠扬的音乐，随风轻柔的传了过来，诗词也变得富有生命和活力，音调时而高昂，时而轻柔，不知不觉便令人勾起了自己青春的回忆，沉醉在其中。随着音乐缓缓的低了下来，紧接着便是一阵阵如雷鸣般的掌声。

这次的青春仪式，不仅仅只是一个活动，它代表了我们对青春的定义和宣誓。正值青春的我们，应该珍惜现在的美好青春。它只有一次，错过了便不会再来。

青春是红色的，因为它充满着激情；青春是绿色的，因为它富有活力；青春是蓝色的，因为它满是幻想；青春是五彩的，因为青春的人生本就是璀璨夺目的。
