护理培训的心得体会和收获【第一篇】
去年十月,我通过了江苏省卫生厅组织的笔试与面试,顺利取得了第四期心血管专科护士的培训资格。以前看到其它的专科护士我很是羡慕,那时就想,若我也能成为一名专科护士能学习更多、更新的专科知识服务于患者该有多好。终于我等到了也把握住了这次机会。培训主要分为一个月的理论学习、两个月临床实践及一周的公共课学习。在这三个月的培训中,我收获很多,是一次非常难得的人生经历,它将影响我以后的职业生涯。
一个月的理论学习时间虽然短暂,但课程内容安排丰富,大量融入最新、最前沿的医疗与护理知识,聘请国内的护理专家给我们带来了最新的护理理念,使我对护理工作的重要性、价值、前景的认识有了翻天覆地的变化。其中,让我记忆犹新的是:沈莹老师的慢性心衰患者的监测与自我管理,孙羽老师的经桡动脉介入治疗的观察护理,特别是邀请到香港理工大学高级临床讲师、香港护理专科学院icu专科院士陈永强教授讲解的重症患者的护理及病情观察。想想以前在平时的工作中更多的是听取患者的主诉,汇报给医生,让医生去判断,机械地执行医嘱,这样的工作是多么的乏味、单调,体现不了任何护士价值,久之护士会丧失工作热情,价值感严重缺失,护理也只能永远依附于医疗。通过护理知识与护理理念的更新使我坚信护理学是一门独立学科,增加了我要改变现阶段工作的决心,从我做起,影响周围的人,让我们一起为护理事业、为患者的健康而奋斗!
两个月的临床实践过的飞快,我有幸到了心血管的一些功能科去实习,特别是超声心动图室,我基本掌握了超声心动图报告上的正常值,了解异常值的临床意义,并且会看简单超声图,对心脏超声结构有了初步了解。在心外科手术室实习时,我有幸观摩了心脏搭桥术、主动脉夹层患者人工血管置换术,让我对心脏结构、解剖位置有了更直观的认识。最难以忘怀的是在ccu实习,ccu老师操作的熟练度、规范性、工作态度、理论水平都使我佩服,ccu的护理管理非常棒,它的消毒隔离、无缝隙的工作流程都非常值得我们借鉴。在实习过程中遇到疑难问题时,我们几个学员就会在一起学习讨论,有时还会向有经验的医生请教,这种学习的方法能挖掘更多更深处的知识,大大拓宽了我们的知识面。使我们越学越想学,理论结合实践让我们对心血管内科疾病有了一个系统的认识,对以前一知半解的知识点也有了很好的弥补。
一周的公共课的学习,使我认识到专科护士培养的作用,明白今后我肩上所担负的责任。省厅还安排了相关的护理科研、课堂授课技巧、ppt制作技巧等的讲授,让我们在掌握基础医学理论知识的基础下,学会了论文的撰写、科研的开展等,提高了我们自身的综合素质,这对以前把护理科研当做是不可攀越的珠峰的我来说是一种核聚变,我非常庆幸抓住了这次学习的机会,为我以后的工作积累了宝贵的经验。
是的,细节决定成败,态度决定品质。通过这次学习,我深刻的感到:观念、理念的改变才是促发一个人工作积极性的源泉,让更多的护士有机会接触新的护理理念,多看看外面的世界,我相信这样的护理团队才能更优秀。
学习是一种形式,学以致用是我们的目的。在此,再次十分感谢医院给我提供了这样一次宝贵的学习机会,让我接触并学习了先进的医疗技术及护理理念,学习使我开拓了视野,增长了见识,也使我感触颇深。在以后的工作中,我将时刻谨记自己是一名专科护士,做好患者的护理工作,将所学知识应用于临床及传授给其他同事,并用自己的行动影响其他同事,不断学习,更新护理理念,行之有效的提高工作效率和护理质量。

xxxx年8月,怀揣一颗激动的心,带着对未来美好的憧憬,我考进曲靖医学高等专科学校,成为了一名人民教师,在工作近两年的时间里,我经常听别的老师的课、虚心的向老教师请教、认真备课等,取得了一定的进步,但是缺乏教学经验仍是我最大的劣势,xxxx年3月12日到3月13日,在学校及系部领导的关心和支持下,我有幸参加了教育部全国高校教师网络培训中心举办的质量工程“国家精品课程师资培训项目”护理学骨干教师高级研修班的学习,本次学习由山东大学娄凤兰教授及其教学团队从护理学课程出发,通过对护理学国家级精品课程的教学经验、理念、技术和方法的介绍,以问题为导向,利用示范课、案例讲解等教学形式为我们开展了精彩的授课与培训,两天的培训时间转眼间就过去了,时间虽然很短暂,但是在几位主讲教师的努力之下,使我对精品课程的理解有所加深,对我今后的教学工作也有所指导,结合我系的实际情况,本次学习的心得体会如下:
(一)优秀的教学团队是建设精品课程的重点,学校和系部应注重加强青年教师的培养,鼓励教师进行教学研究,提高师资队伍水平,从而提高教学质量,保证精品课程建设能够持续、永久的发展。
(二)注重改革教学方法和教学手段,改革和创新才能促进学科的发展,才能发挥学科为学生服务的作用。应用多媒体改变传统的教学方法,但是在多媒体的制作上也要多花心思、多学习,力求语言简练,插入相关图片、视频等加强教学效果。
(三)精品课程的建设是一个长期、复杂的过程,需要我们每一位老师的努力和相互间的协作才能够把精品课程建设好。曾经以为建设精品课程就是做做课件、写写电子教案、出些习题等等的那么简单,现在明白了,精品课程建设是一个复杂的过程,需要团队里的每一位老师不断的完善自我、不断进取,提升自己的专业素质,共同协作才能将课程建设好,才能取得一定的成效。
(四)精品课程建设要注重“五个一”:建设精品课程是一项系统性的工程,我们要努力把课程建设成具有一流教师队伍、一流教学内容、一流教学方法、一流教材、一流教学管理等特点的课程,这样才能体现精品课程真正的意义,为教学服务,为学生更好的学习服务。
(一)认真备课:备课是一个很重要的环节。备课时,要认认真真的备,不仅仅是把上课内容背下来,而是要包括备学生、备教材、备师生问题、备教学过程、备作业,完成了这几个过程,你才能够驾驭课堂,才能够把课上好。要做到这些,就需要充分的了解学生的情况、学生的层次、学生可能会提出哪些问题等;充分了解教材特点、重点难点;如何布置一份能充分发挥学生能力的作业;还需要查阅相关文献资料等等。
(二)设计开场白:为了调动学生的学习积极性,也为了能够更好的导入授课内容,开课前应精心设计开场白,以吸引学生的注意力。而不是每次一进教室总是以“好,下面我们开始上课,今天我们要讲的内容是……”,否则的话,学生就会觉得很枯燥,失去学习的兴趣。
(三)调动学生学习主动性:课堂上不搞满堂灌,要提供一些让学生自己思考的机会,比如适当的课堂提问、分组讨论,作为大学老师,不应“授之以鱼”而应“授之以渔”,培养学生的主动性以及自己学习的能力。
(四)注重培养学生的实践能力以及解决问题的能力:护理学是一门实践性很强的学科,在教学过程要注重学生实践能力的培养,多给学生提供练习的机会;今后学生走进临床后,面对的是千变万化的情况,千差万别的病人,老师也应注重学生解决问题能力的培养,否则学生很难适应临床。
(五)注重学生思想道德素质的培养:王克芳老师提到的一个事例让我感触很深,一个平日成绩很优秀的学生,考操作频繁出错时既然生气的砸东西、不与监考老师有任何的沟通。我们提倡学生认真学习,掌握扎实的专业知识,考优异的成绩,将来也好为临床实践服务,但是“德”的培养也不容忽视,甚至我觉得“德”重于能力、重于成绩。
(一)我系有专职教师9名,其中年青教师占了近80%的比例,缺乏建设精品课程的经验,需要加强学习,不断的提升自己的水平,增强自身的综合素质,才能更好的完成精品课程的建设任务。

以上就是我学习之后的一些体会,这次国家精品课程护理学骨干教师高级研修班,为我们提供了一个非常好的学习的平台,让我学到了很多东西,在今后的工作中我将不断地学习新方法、新理论,不断更新自己的知识体系,努力提高自己的教学水平,提高教学质量,努力成为一名受学生欢迎的老师。同时,我也会加强自身素质的培养,自觉参与到我系《护理学基础》精品课程的建设中,与我系教师一起克服困难,取长补短,促进我系的发展。
护理培训的心得体会和收获【第四篇】
在短短一周的全院新员工培训后,紧接着便是两周的护理培训的开始。在短暂的两周时间,我们学习了如何加强法律意识。杜绝护理纠纷、护士应有的权利和应该执行那些义务、护理的准则、护士职业规划、护患沟通技巧、优质护理服务内涵、中西医护理技术操作、护理服务规范、护士礼仪等。
护士这一职业是神圣的,但也是一份高风险的工作,所以陈副主任给我们讲了如何“加强法律意识 杜绝护理纠纷”,在日常护理操作中我们都应该细心杜绝护理差错,要做好充分的沟通、解释,勿积小疾而为大患。
大外科韦护士长给我们上了一节护士职业规划课,也许很多人认为护士就是普普通通的一份工作,还能怎么样去规划。其实不然,不管是任何工作想干得好、干得出色都需要好好地去规划,应该树立“为自己打工”的理念。人生是需要规划的。职业的发展是从本职工作开始的,认清自己、自己想要的是什么、能做什么、什么可以支持自己、最后要成为什么?
全主任告知我们沟通在护理工作中的重要性,如何做到有效沟通?我们新人最薄弱的地方便是沟通,主任说了,要做到有效与病人沟通我们应该提高自身素质,调整好心态,乐于奉献,学会倾听病人的诉说,要赞美病人,鼓励病人,主动与病人沟通,注意措词。做到“三学”:学知识、学服务、学做人。主任还教我们要会读书,读好书、用好书;紧密结合临床实际,有重点、有计划,‘心’有疑,带着遇到的问题看书,会做笔记,把专业用得上的、工作需要的、别人的教训都摘录下来,写在自己的读书笔记本上;要学以致用。谭院长说过:“从学校毕业了,就是社会大学的开始。学习才真正的开始。”所以我们要“活到老,学到老”。
形体姿态是礼仪的重要内容。姿态美是一种极富魅力和感染力的美,它能使人在动静中展现气质、修养、品格、和内在美。对护士而言,良好的体态可以增加患者对护士的信任感,唤起患者的美感使患者更好地配合治疗和护理,促进患者的早日康复。我们美丽的杨老师给我们上了一堂礼仪课,她的每一个动作都透露出优美,富有感染力。
庞老师为我们示教了静脉输液、吸痰、吸氧、简易呼吸器的使用、中药熏洗、烫疗、水针法、拔罐、艾灸等11项中西医护理操作技术。
这次培训为我们能够快速成长为一名有修养,有素质,有能力,有水平的护士奠定了良好的基础,也帮助我们在平凡的工作中发现专业的价值和自身的价值。
