七年级心得体会【第一篇】

英姿飒爽的军姿、翻江倒海的喊声、英武豪迈的戎衣、铿锵有力的方式，犹如水中回旋的蛟龙，打破苍茫的碧霄——这，便是武士！

金风抽丰从手掌的裂缝里穿过，历时五天的军训在同学们的欢歌笑语中，在教官的严格要求下，在先生的关切引导，悉心照料下，终于圆满地拉下了帷幕。在这五天里，我们累着，并愉快着。

这次军训是我第二次参加军训，通过军训使我明白了许很多多平时了解不到的器械，学到了许很多多平时学不到的器械。当我们头顶着骄阳在教官严格的要求下站军姿时，我懂得了当一名武士的艰辛，并且知道了什么叫铁的纪律。

骄阳下，站军姿，踢正步。最大的考验便是得每刻保持精神的高度集中。我们固然站得汗如雨下，双腿酸痛，但仍然坚持，同时也深深体会到“苦”乃军训之首。这些苦让我们明白并相信军训是我们正式进入学习生活之前十分紧张的一次熬炼，也是人生一份弗成多得的'一笔财富。

与教官的交谊是繁杂的，教官们近乎完美的人格魅力，让我们对教官产生了新的理解和敬仰。教官可以说是我们的先生，在训练中一丝不苟严格要求；也可以说是我们的朋友，在生活中风趣滑稽，与我们打成一片。教官身上的那种乐不雅豁达也是我们可以借鉴的。在未来的学习生活中，确定有各类各样的问题、艰苦会呈现，有了刚强的意志和乐不雅的精神，我们又多了几分克服它们的勇气！

颠末了这次军训，我们获益良多。我们自身的身体素质获得了增强，学会了团队精神、学会了自信、学会了拼搏；我们熬炼了意志、熬炼了毅力、熬炼了风致；我们将会以康健、潇洒、精神、自信的姿态欢迎人生中新的一页！

本学期我担任七年级的音乐课教学工作。六个班中五班和六班学生的音乐基础较好，其他几班较差。在教学过程中对于五班和六班的学生在完成课时内容的同时，多拓展课外知识，其余几班则重点抓基础知识。
