因为客户经理的离职,我去了农行进行驻点工作。在那里,我也深深的体会到了一名营销代表的内心感受。其实营销就是一种沟通,沟通的方式,沟通的时宜都需要自己去把握。尽量将客户对自己的反感程度降至最低,这样才能把握机会,让他乐意接受我们的产品。然而大家在沟通上或许表现的并不是很到位,有自尊心方面的原因,有性格上面的局限,有节奏上把握的不准,所以很多人并没有去有效的沟通,可能与之交流的仅仅只是一张无声的宣传单。

服务部新入一名营销代表,培训工作开始了。除了每天下午对她进行基础培训之外呢,我想,我更多的是在向她传递我们这一行所需要的职业操守和对工作的态度。在每一次接听咨询电话,在每一次接待客户的工作当中,让她正真意义上的理解自己的工作是一种服务性质的工作。
