我发现济钢的垃圾桶一直对有一个严重的缺陷，那就是没有对垃圾进行分类。济钢的垃圾桶每一个都是孤零零的，而不是成组的，这样，可回收的垃圾和不可回收的垃圾还有有害垃圾都放在一个桶内了，让全济钢社区的一大部分可回收垃圾都不能回收再利用了，造成了和大的资源浪费。这样的浪费问题应该得到您的重视，我建议您对全济钢社区的垃圾桶勤行全面的升级、改造。具体方案如下：

1、三个垃圾统称为一组，第一个盛可回收垃圾，第二个盛不可回收垃圾，第三个盛有害垃圾。

2、在垃圾桶上注明可回收垃圾、不可回收垃圾、有害垃圾各指的是什么垃圾。
